Do you want to continue your studies after your BA? With a Master, you can advance your career perspectives and (further) specialise in your field of interest. The University of Groningen offers an online Master week, where you can listen to presentations and get information about the Master programmes that the university offers. The Master week takes place between 23-27 November.
Our Minorities & Multilingualism department hosts the MA Multilingualism. Are you curious about the functioning of multiple languages in a society, in education, in the workplace? How can and how should we deal with an increasingly plurilingual society? The MA Multilingualism prepares you for a career in the field of language and linguistics.
In the MA, you learn to deal with day-to-day issues such as helping companies overcome communication problems, design language policies or give schools advice on how best to teach children with foreign language backgrounds. After finishing the MA Multilingualism you receive an MA degree in Linguistics.
The MA Multilingualism is situated at the Campus Fryslân in Leeuwarden: a true multilingual town in the bilingual province of Friesland.
